About Us

Beam Truck & Body has been in business for the past 40 years. Rod Timpany, owner of Beam Truck, started in the rubbish business, working the routes, while he was still in high school.

In 1964 he bought Beam Disposal Service, the company he had been working for. Rod's route truck at that time was a 1949 Ford F-400 dump truck.

In 1970 the current business of installing rubbish bodies, roll-offs and doing repair work was established.

In 1971 the business was moved to our current address at 433 Cumberland Hill Road where we have installed hundreds of packer bodies and roll-off units and hook-lift systems.
